how good is ran He also told me that he had replaced the clutch and master cylinder last month and that it had a one year warranty Long sotry short the car did not make it home before the clutch started sticking and by yesterday morning I was stuck in the parking lot at work because the clutch will not engage and I cannot get it in or out of gear I called him yesterday morning less than hours after I bought the car and promised he would get the shop that did the work to fix it and if they didn't stand behind their warranty he would pay for it The shop came and got the car and towed it to their shop They called him and told him it was not the master cyliner this time so they won't uphold their warranty So he called me and said that he now refuses to pay for the repairs he promised to cover The shop is supposed to call with an estimate I am not paying a shop that has already tried and failed to repair the clutch TWICE and charged over I have the receipts to try a third time They obviously are really bad mechanics Is there any way I can make him give me back my He did not write down any warranty but he did make verbal promises about the condition of the car and that he would
