a will Grandmother didnt like her daughter so she left her house to her granddaughter This was documented in the will two copies we provided to the granddaughter Obviously the daughter of the deceased is upset that her mother bypassed her in the will So she sent her boyfriend into the house of the granddaughter under the guise of doing household repairs and took the wills from their safe place A short time later the granddaughter receives a Caveat against granting letters of Administrator or Testamentary letter from her moms attorney Saying if you cant produce a will in the next days the natural daughter of the deceased will apply as Administrator of the estate and take the house This lady is off her rocker her own mother didnt even like her thats why she was left out of the will She took the will and is now contesting it knowing we now cant prove it In turn throwing her daughter and HER own granddaughter potentially on the street Other than checking with the lawyer for a copy what are our options to stop this horrible woman Sponsored ad PM justalayman Senior Member Join Date Nov Location in the ether Posts if you cannot produce a copy of the will there is no will I would
